This past week of MSNBC’s programming has drawn a lot of attention – and not in a good way.
MSNBC anchor Nicolle Wallace falsely claimed that President Trump was “talking about exterminating Latinos” and was forced to issue an apology.
Wallace has previously encouraged violence against President Trump and his former press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
In another bizarre incident, MSNBC contributor and former FBI agent Frank Figliuzzi claimed that President Trump ordering flags at half mast was a secret code for “Heil Hitler.”
“The president said that we will fly our flags at half mast, until August 8th. That’s 8/8. Now, I’m not going to imply that he did this deliberately, but I am using it as an example of the ignorance of the adversary that’s being demonstrated by the White House,” said Figliuzzi. “The numbers 88 are very significant in neo-Nazi and white supremacy movement. Why? Because the letter ‘H’ is the eighth letter of the alphabet, and to them the numbers 88 together Stand for ‘Heil Hitler.’ So we’re going to be raising the flag back up at dusk on 8/8.”
On Tuesday, MSNBC host Joe Scarborough claimed that supporting President Trump’s campaign is “supporting white supremacy.”
On MSNBC’s “The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell”, during discussion of the recent tragic shootings in Ohio and Texas, the left wing news network flashed the words: “TRUMP-INSPIRED TERRORISM.”
The shooter in Dayton, Ohio was a left wing media consumer and liked tweets from left wing blogger Jared Holt right before committing mass murder.
