Report: Former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak Frequently Visited Epstein’s Apartment Building

Residents of a New York building owned by pedophile and alleged child sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein’s younger brother, Mark Epstein, claim former Israel prime minister Ehud Barak was a frequent visitor of the Upper East side building.

According to a report published Tuesday by The Daily Beast, Ehud regularly parked his flashy cars outside and was accompanied by security guards in the lobby of the 301 East 66 st. building.

The former Israeli prime minister’s visits were an “open secret among the tenants,” the Daily Beast reports, while nearly half a dozen residents described encounters with his security detail on multiple occasions.

“When he wasn’t in his apartment, [the security guards] would hang out in the lobby as if it was their own living room,” one resident told the publication. “They would sprawl out, they’d put all their shit on the couches, and sometimes they ate on the table there.”

Prosecutors maintain Epstein created a network of underage girls whom
he molested and exploited in the early 2000s.

When confronted about his countless visits to The Manhattan property, a building that law enforcement authorities have linked to Epstein’s alleged trafficking ring in New York, the Israeli politician didn’t deny the resident’s claims.

Barak, whose newly formed Israel Democratic Party is entering the political fray for the upcoming election, instead argued it is politically disadvantageous to refute or confirm the allegations.

“Despite the fact that there was no wrongdoing on my part, and that there is not even the faintest suspicion of wrongdoing on my part, I’m not going to address these questions because in the current political environment in Israel, the mere fact of my response to such a question is churned up as spin in the political game.”

“As a former prime minister I’m accompanied by bodyguards everywhere I go,” he added.

Barak has insists he had no knowledge of Epstein’s alleged crimes and denies ever being in the presence of underage women with the financier.

He told The Daily Beast in July that he met with Epstein “more than 10 times and much less than a hundred times, but I can’t tell you exactly how many. I don’t keep count. Over the years, I’ve seen him on occasion.”

“I never attended a party with him,” Barak said. “I never met Epstein in the company of women or young girls.”

An employee for Mc2, a modeling agency owned by Epstein associate Jean-Luc Brunel told the FBI in 2010 that Epstein’s 66th building were being used to detain young girls trafficked from Europe, South America and Russia.

The employee, a former bookkeeper, told the bureau in a sworn statement obtained by The Miami Herald that Brunel loaned the girls to wealth clients to be molested and deployed them to Epstein’s parties.

Photos obtained by Daily Mail in 2016 show Barak hiding his face while entering Epstein’s apartment in Manhattan, confirming the residents’ substantiations.

“It is me in the picture,” he told the Daily Beast. “It was so cold the Middle Easterner had to put on a hat. I was there for lunch or chat, nothing else. So what?”

A day after the Epstein was arrested in New York on allegations of child sex trafficking, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu charged Barak with having ties to Epstein.

Netanyahu tweeted a screenshot of a Hebrew-language report about Epstein’s arrest and his connection to Barak.

“And the media is silent,” Netanyahu wrote.

Barak has reportedly received more than $3 million in payments from institutions tied to Epstein since 2004, according to Israel media outlets.

In 2015, Barak formed a partnership with the Israeli company called Sum (E.B.) 2015, in which he was majority shareholder. The primary objective of the company is to invest in a startup called Carbyne, which offers live audio, video and geolocation transmission for emergency services. Barakserves as a director of Carbyne and has invested millions of shekels the enterprise.

According to Haaretz, a large part of the funds to buy Reporty stock was provided by Epstein.

Barack has also acknowledged visiting Epstein’s private Caribbean island, which some called “Pedophile Island” admitting he spent time with the pedophileonce, “for several hours — and years after the publications about sex parties or orgies there.”

“I’ve never been there at a party,” Barak said. “To the contrary at his home, I met many very respected people, scientists, Nobel Prize winners, and I met him also in Boston, at MIT or the Harvard labs he supports.”

Barak explained a man named Shimon Peres introduced him to Epstein 17 years ago at an event where “there were many famous and important people, including, if I recall, both Clintons and hundreds of others.”
