The boycott movement of Israel is no different than the American boycott of Nazi Germany, warns Muslim Rep. Rashida Tlaib.

The freshman Democrat likened Israel to Nazi Germany in remarks on the House floor on Tuesday while opposing a resolution declaring opposition to the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions movement.

Tlaib argued that she, as “daughter of Palestinian immigrants,” can not tolerate the restrictions on the right to “boycott the racist policies of the government and state of Israel.”

“The right to boycott is deeply rooted in the fabric of our country,” she said. “What was the Boston Tea Party but a boycott? Where would we be now without the boycott led by the civil rights activists in the 1950s and 60s like the Montgomery bus boycott and the United Farm Workers Grape boycott?”

The congresswoman of Palestinian Arab origin than made historical references to American boycotts during the Holocaust.

“Americans boycotted Nazi Germany in response to dehumanization, imprisonment, and genocide of Jewish people.”

“In the 1980s, many of us in this very body boycotted South African goods in the fight against apartheid. Our right to free speech is being threatened with this resolution,” she added. “It sets a dangerous precedent because it attempts to delegitimize a certain people’s political speech and to send a message that our government can and will take action against speech it doesn’t like.”

Despite Tlaib’s tirade, the anti-BDS resolution was passed overwhelmingly with 398 lawmakers voting in favor of the legislation and 17 against.

President Trump, who drew the ire of Democrats earlier this month for repudiating Tlaib’s anti-Semitic rhetoric, slammed Omar on Tuesday at Turning Point USA’s Student Action Summit, arguing the Democratic lawmaker is a “vicious” and “crazed lunatic.”

“We have a deep state, we have bad people, we have sick people. I watched just this morning this Tlaib–Tlaib–There’s no way she stands for the values of the people of Michigan. But I watched her this morning, she’s vicious. She’s like a crazed lunatic. She’s screaming. This is before she got into Congress. Who elected her? She’s screaming like a–a total lunatic at one of our rallies. It’s like I’m giving a little rally and she starts screaming and this was–this is not a sane person, folks.”

“And this is what we’re up against. You have some of that now, the democrats I guess, are forced to embrace her and I call it AOC plus three. OK?

Tlaib on Tuesday was confronted by Illoominate Media during a socialist rally at Reagan International Airport. The Michigan congresswoman refused to condemn Antifa, Hamas, Sharia Law and female genital mutilation.
