The CEO of America’s foremost institution of infant murdering, Planned Parenthood, had her job aborted in its third trimester, after only seven months of work.

“Newly installed Planned Parenthood president Leana Wen is leaving the nonprofit after just seven months on the job, following a break with her board of directors over the organization’s future,” according to Fast Company. “Her departure, which she announced on Twitter, comes as Planned Parenthood and its national network of affiliates grapple with aggressive challenges on the part of Republican-led statehouses to the legal precedent established by Roe v. Wade.”

“I just learned that the @PPFA Board ended my employment at a secret meeting. We were engaged in good faith negotiations about my departure based on philosophical differences over the direction and future of Planned Parenthood. My statement to come shortly,” Wen said on Twitter.

Less than one hour ago, Wen did release a statement.

“To all my colleagues at Planned Parenthood, the tens of thousands of dedicated people who are on the frontlines every day, providing life-saving, life-transforming care and fighting to protect access to that care: you are my heroes. Thank you for what you do,” she said on Twitter, attaching a long letter.

“I came to Planned Parenthood to run a national health care organization and to advocate for the broad range of public health policies that affect our patients’ health: ensuring access to quality, affordable healthcare – which includes the full spectrum of reproductive healthcare – for all; imrpving maternal health, and the health of women before, during, and after pregnancy; increasing programs for cancer detection and STI/HIV treatment, and calling attention to the social determinants of health like food insecurity and housing instability that deeply affect people’s health and widen rampant disparities,” she said. “The new Board leadership has determined that the priority of Planned Parenthood moving forward is to double down on abortion rights advocacy.”

And there you have it. Planned Parenthood’s CEO was forced out because she was not focused enough on slaughtering babies.
