Trump Humiliates Fox News: ‘Worse Than Watching Low Ratings Fake News At CNN’

President Donald Trump slammed the Fox News Channel Sunday evening after the once-conservative leaning network aired claims made by the New York Times attributing the president’s policies to alleged decrepit conditions in migrant detention facilities along the border.

Fox’s coverage of the southern border is drifting as unreliable and “fake” as CNN, Trump quipped.

The president’s scathing critique of the network came after the Fox News host Jon Scott aired a report detailing a dispute between Trump and the Times.

In a front-page article, titled “Hungry, Scared and Sick: Inside the Migrant Detention Center in Clint, Tex.,” the publication claimed conditions inside a detention center in the city are “the stuff of nightmares.”

While the Times and Democrats castigate Trump for overcrowded and unsanitary conditions at the detention centers, the facilities in question were opened during the Obama administration as illegal aliens flooded across the border in anticipation of amnesty.

Despite numerous attempts made by Trump to secure the border – a government shutdown demanding funding from Congress for a physical barrier and the president’s declaration of a national emergency – Democrats have managed to impede every made by the president to prevent the surge of illegal immigrants into the United States.

The president warned the Times’ report is intentionally deceptive.

Scott showcased the Time’s hit piece a second time Sunday evening.

Trump then doubled down, torching Fox News for hiring former DNC chair Donna Brazile, who served as interim DNC chairwoman.

CNN severed ties with Brazile in October 2016 after it discovered she had shared town hall debate questions with then-Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
